John Marino

John Marino brings to Fabiani & Company an array of high-level relationships with influential decision makers, including political leaders and corporate executives from both sides of the Atlantic.
Mr. Marino focuses on business development and providing strategic advice and business solutions to a variety of domestic and international clients.
Mr. Marino previously served as the executive director of the National Italian American Foundation (NIAF), a Washington, DC-based non-profit organization that is a leading voice working to advance U.S.-Italy relations in the areas of politics, business, education and culture.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Marino served as director of government relations & public policy at NIAF where he managed the activities of the Italian American Congressional Delegation. With his strong bi-partisan reputation, he worked closely and effectively with the Congress, White House, and senior Administration officials.
Throughout his career, Mr. Marino has lectured at various schools and, most recently, joined the Villanova School of Business MBA Program as an Executive in Residence.
Mr. Marino also serves on the board of Villanova’s Center for Marketing and Public Policy Research, as well as other community and college advisory boards. He has been a featured speaker, chaired numerous conferences, authored several articles, and has been quoted by a variety of national media outlets.
Mr. Marino received a Bachelor of Arts from Clemson University, a Master of Arts from Fordham University, and pursued professional training at Georgetown University’s Government Affairs Institute. He speaks Italian.
